If you only want to change ur FOV for multiplayer then you can go to the BFBC2 folder and open up settings.ini there should be a line saying FOV=55 if you have never changed anything and change that to whatever FOV you would like... if that line is not there just add it right above where it says [CHAT]

Now if you would like to change Singleplayer FOV you need to download 3rd party app as the game does not let you change SP FOV from the settings.ini

Top right corner there is a dropdown next to the download click on that and there should be direct download... if a popup comes up just close it and click direct download again and it will start downloading.

Works perfectly and is extremely simple to use... instructions are on the site.

NOTE: This should also work for MP
