Yes, a 750 Ti can handle this game quite well on mixed settings on 720p resolutions.

Contrary to popular belief, Mankind Divided actually depends on your CPU way more than your GPU, so make sure you have a strong processor in order to run the game smoothly.

Anything with at least four cores should do it.

On a side note, be sure to have 8GB of ram, else the game won't run past the main menu on systems having less than 8GB ram.

Be sure to update your graphics drivers to version 372.54 , anything below it would cause the game to stutter and lag.
