GER Aragami Reference Guide
By ҉̧ ҉̧҉ ҉Minorou ꧁💀꧂
This guide lists all Aragami in God Eater Resurrection. As such, there are minor, out-of-context spoilers within. I do not list information on which Aragami are major bosses nor their story significance, so it should be generally safe.
Regardless, consider yourself warned.

A Short Explanation
An Aragami's attack attribute is the element they use in their attacks; if you find yourself taking too much damage from a tough enemy, get a shield that blocks that element. Their breakable parts are able to be damaged or destroyed for bonus items at the end of the mission. Weak points are areas that take extra damage, but are not necessarily breakable. Try to attack aragami with a weapon that aligns with its weaknesses, and avoid using weapons with elements your target is resistant to. By devouring an aragami's corpse, you get items with a prefix determined by that type of aragami. For example, if you want to make that sweet new weapon but find you're a couple Witch Plumage short, just search here for "Witch" and you'll find that you'll have to hunt a Fallen Sariel to get it.
Small Aragami
Every game in the "hunting" genre has its small fry. For the most part, these small aragami pose little threat to you and can be disposed of in a couple of seconds. While their elemental weaknesses and resistances are listed here for completeness' sake, don't even bother picking weapons based on this; focus on choosing weapons based on your primary target in the mission instead--Medium or Large Aragami.

Special Small Aragami
The Amor is somewhat special. It does not normally appear in any particular mission. Instead, it seems to spawn at random. However, killing a medium or large aragami within the first two minutes of the start of a mission greatly increases the chances of one appearing. It does not have any attacks, and it will flee each time it is attacked. Once it flees a fourth time, it will leave the map.

If you are able to kill it before it leaves, you will get a rare item ticket (two item tickets if you have the Greedy skill). The ticket's rarity depends on the rank of the mission you are on.

  • Ravana used to have the Flame Beast prefix; it has been changed to just Flame.
  • Rank 9-10 Sekhmet item prefix is Phoenix instead of Garuda.
  • Rank 12+ Arda Nova item prefix is Invictus instead of Helios.
  • Rank 9+ Dyaus Pita item prefix is Imperial instead of Emperor.
  • Rank 9+ Quadriga and Fallen Quadriga item prefix is Ares.
  • Rank 9+ Ouroboros item prefix is Abyssal instead of Chaotic.
  • Rank 9+ Tezcatlipoca item prefix is Conquerer instead of Anathema.
Credits
Most information is sourced from the God Eater wiki, with many minor corrections based from my own observations.

A big thanks to:
  • xI-Crimson-Ix, for pointing out that Arda Nova's item prefix is Invictus past chapter 12
  • LordOfEndgame, for pointing out that Amors sometimes appears randomly, and also that Amors drop A Platinum tickets between ranks 9 through 11.
  • Clerericus, for pointing out that Hera, Poseidon, Zeus, and Spartacus are not currently accessible in the game, though are possibly locked away as potential DLC (as they were indeed DLC in previous iterations). Also, for pointing out that Blitz Hannibal (originally from God Eater 2) is in the game. Also, for pointing out that Amor only gives Black tickets in Rank 14.
  • txh0881, for pointing out that the Borg Camlann's tail can be broken, not the stinger.
  • RetroNutcase, for pointing out that Rank 9+ Dyaus Pita item prefix is Imperial; Rank 9+ Prithvi Mata item prefix is Empress; Rank 9+ Quadriga and Fallen Quadriga item prefix is Ares; and Rank 10+ Ouroboros item prefix is Abyssal.
  • Raxyz, for pointing out that Fallen Quadriga is resistant to Freeze.
  • JoeJacker, for pointing out that Prithvi Mata is only resistant to Freeze, that Tezcatlipoca is not resistant to Blaze, that Rank 9+ Tezcatlipoca item prefix is Conqueror, that Fallen Borg Camlann (Spark) is only resistant to Spark, that Aether and Susano'o don't have resistances.
  • Hound of Heaven, for pointing out that Hera, Zeus, and Poseidon are not in GE:R. They were in God Eater: Burst for promotional purposes, and were removed in subsequent versions. They will continue to be included for completeness' sake.
  • Aurani, for pointing out that the Aether and Zeus breakable parts are actually called "Tail", not "Abdomen".

I see. Thanx

Yes, that's correct. Hera is not in God Eater Resurrection. When I made this guide before release, I put her in thinking she would be since she was in the PSP versions of this game. When it was found out that Hera, Zeus, and Poseidon were not in the game, I put in that note but left them in for completeness' sake, just in case they were ever patched in. Granted, this long after release, the chances of that are extremely low.

It says that Hera is GEB only. Does that mean that it isn't in GER or GE2RB?
Foxdash 21 Aug, 2018 @ 3:03am
Still i don't know where to find Mana Orb is this a salvage or something?
Vexirion 26 May, 2017 @ 4:58am
Friendly mention that the Amaterasu's cape-like upper-back is resistant to every element.
Aurani 17 Apr, 2017 @ 5:08am
Yeah... the people on the wikia would rather use a "correct translation" with layman's terms rather than see reason and use the less confusing in-game translation.
҉̧ ҉̧҉ ҉Minorou ꧁💀꧂  [author] 17 Apr, 2017 @ 2:26am
You are actually correct. My initial source (the wiki) had it listed as abdomen, but after testing and review, the break is even referred to as "tail" in-game as well. I've made adjustments accordingly. Thank you!
Aurani 17 Apr, 2017 @ 1:56am
Rather than referring to the parts as abdomen for the butterfly aragami (Aether/Zeus etc), it'd be better to call it tail as to prevent confusion between the butterfly abdomen and human abdomen.
