Because I didn't see any guide for Cars and Trucks which you will need before you can use a higher budget for Santa.
Just rebuild the bridge exactly. There is a slight chance the bridge fails before you reach the end, just resend the trucks.

Da ich keinen Guide gefunden habe. hier Brücken die für Cars und Trucks geeignet sind. Diese sind notwendig, um die Santa Levels freizuschalten. Falls eine Brücke vorzeitig einstürzt, einfach nochmal starten und die Trucks schicken

You can play the levels the whole year. They removed the date restriction
