Go do the tutorial, go. Back? Alright, next as you now know 3 things need to happen to win:
1. Upgrade america to the max.
2. Deafet Isis and,
3. Pay of your national debt.
In my experiance, the easiest way to pay your debt off is to get all the achievments first. the next part of this guide will talk about achievments. But back to this, once you've got the right achievments do not buy product or food, only oil because oil gives you the most out of your money. specifclly buy and sell from the following countrys: Russia, China, India, North Korea and, Japan.
once you get the trillions of dollars you need then you can pay off your debt. To defeat Isis again you will need all the weapon and helicopter achievments but this will be a seprate thing. For the America upgrades just go with it and upgrade until you defeat Isis. After that just pay when you can.

There are 17 achievments, the first 2 being the easiest.
1. Play the tutorial, Biuld a wall, Get the desert eagle.
2. Play the tutorial, Send there planes of food to africa, Get the little girl.
3. Play the tutorial, Invade North Korea, Get the ammo belt.
4. Play the tutorial, While invading North Korea buy Boxes/ Product from Russia, Get the machine gun and bombs.
5. Play the tutorial, Threaten or Schmoze Mexico 4 more times, Get the cell phone.
6. Bomb Japan until they completley fear you then send them a bunch of things, Get the navagation device.
7. Buy from india and sell to them at a higher price, Get the swindle swindler.
8. Send aid to South America 30 times, Get armour for your heli.
9. Buy 10 oil from France, Get the booster engines.
10. Get South America, Africa and, Japan to love you at the same time, Get the peace award.
11. Defeat Isis in Eroupe, Get the sword.
12. Buy 100 Boxes/ Product from Australia, Get the leather boots.
13. Invade China without starting world war 3 by sending a bunch of one thing to a countrys in a crisis while invading china (it will notify you when you have done so), Get the cigar.
14. Defeat Isis, Get the shades.
15. Unlock all gear.
16. Complete the game.
17. Achieve rank God Emperor.

There are 3 types of enemies here, the soldiers with rocket launchers, the trucks with machine guns and, the helicoptors. Soldiers only need 1 bullet but the other two require you to go right in with your machine gun and blow them to smitherines. Beat Isis 5 times. Easier said than done. The first time is during the tutorial which is pretty easy. When you fight them in canada it becomes much harder, possible but hard. That is with out the helicopter achievements. Once you have the Russian achievment you can get to the end easily. That is until you fight osama bin ladin himself. when you get to here you NEED to conserve health, bombs and, your sword. Now when he shows up immediatly start firing at the button under neath the cannon. when the button turns red go up to the tank and drop your bombs, you should be able to kill him after 3 times of dodging and weaving. but once you kill him he will jump out of his tank and shooting machine guns at you. at this point you will have low health so you need to go straight at him and use every thing at your disposel to end him.
