There are two achievement that are impossible to miss in your first playthrough of the game. The first achievement you will get is:
Feed the alpaca
Feed the alpaca at Alpaca Kingdom
You will get this one automatically before making any choices just by reading through the story.

The second achievement you will get no matter what ending you go for is:
Ending
Reach the end of the game
This is the achievement you get by finishing a route. Pretty self-explanatory.

There are three achievements linked with getting different endings. I have noticed there seems to be several ways to reach them. I've played around with different options to get the endings, but these were the options I chose when first playing the game.

Marry an alpaca
Marry Yukari's alpaca form


- Isn't Yukari strange today?
- Alright. Let's go out tomorrow.
- Do you like alpaca?

Break the curse
Yukari returns to being human


- Is that an alpaca?
- Alright. Let's go out tomorrow.
- I probably can't go out with you anymore...
- I reply to her message, "i'll go ASAP."
- Library (doesn't seem to matter)
- Alpaca Kingdom (doesn't seem to matter)


Become an alpaca
Kazuma turns into an alpaca


- ...Do you like alpaca?
- Alright. Let's go out tomorrow.
- Do you like alpaca?
- I reply to her message, "i'll go ASAP."
- Hospital (doesn't seem to matter)
- Alpaca Kingdom (doesn't seem to matter)

There is one ending in this game that you don't get an achievement for reaching. However, after reading it, I felt as though it deserved to be mentioned.

To get the bad ending, you have to be as distant as possible with your sweet alpaca girlfriend. This will cause you two to break up and what happens after that is up for you to discover for yourself.

I haven't tested if all of the choices matter, but I think the most important choice to make is to not hang out with your girlfriend, but go to work instead.
