Consult the map for room locations.


Turn around and enter the ventilation shaft. Look at the monitors. There is a code on one of them. 7169. Turn on the computer. "password" text file says the password is in a picture. Look at the second picture. Some tools look like numbers. 8469.

Go through the ventilation shaft. Enter password 7169.
Go to Trap Room #1. Enter password 8469.
Take the keys.

Go into Trap Room #2. Take the saw behind the cage.



Go into the Closet and take the Gas Mask.



Go to the Radioactive room. Halfway there you'll hear whistling. Turn around. Run to the Radiation room. Enter the room inside.

Congratulations, you completed the game. Yep, that's it.
