Removed all cubemaps

Now I got weird lighting with mat_hdr_level 2

Going to remove all cubemaps until I got this fixed

- Rebuild cubemaps for LDR and HDR
- Saving them in the BSP again
- Tweaking bloom and brightness of the map
- made the traitor teleport button only pushable for traitors
