Recompiled with VIS enabled (Map : Map Properties : Precomputed Visibility : Full visibility solve). Should now be in perf on an actual potato, not just a metaphorical one.

(Again, hopefully this doesn't break savegames. Re-updating due to an error message last time.)

Fixed panels for community display being in wrong physical order - this only involved moving entities around rather than adding / removing any, so hopefully won't break savegames.
