Added the ability to cycle through colonists while in the Individuality window . Press the button for "next colonist" or "previous colonist" while the Individuality window is open to quickly view everyone's stats.

Add option to change trait count with which pawns are generated. Added another check to make sure no pawn has one of the disabled traits.
