Re-added ambient sounds after accidentally removing them in the previous update.

Change Notes:
- Added the Sliquifier to the mystery box.
- Further adjusted lighting on the roof.
- Removed standard BO3 weapons and replaced them with BO2 weapons.
- Added some zombie animations from BO2's Die Rise.
- Added Zombies Chronicles sounds: melee, zombie ambient sounds, barrier sounds, etc.
- Added weapon specific quotes for when a player gets a weapon from the mystery box.
- Added vista models (buildings around outside the map).
- Added fog which surrounds the roof building.
- Changed the announcer quotes to Richtofen's from BO2.
- Changed powerup shaders to BO4's

-Fixed pile up at sofa debris. Sofa debris and the Wunderfizz door now count as the same debris (opening one opens the other).
-Collision on railings has been fixed.
-Fixed worldfog issue when walking up the stairs near Speed Cola (sun would be insanely bright for a second).
