Changed King of the Hill - now instead of a Battlelord copypaste, it removes one-action-per-turn restrictions from Can't Touch This.

Changed visualization for Pipe Bomb Detonation - now Duke turns away from the explosion, cuz he's a cool guy.

Fixed image and Elerium Core Cost for the Superior Duke's Inventory.

Added another hidden flavor perk.

Powered tier of Duke's armor now provides an armor point.

Added a range table for the Shrink Ray - it gets moderade Aim bonuses within 10 tiles, and rising penalties further than that.

Moved custom ability animations from the Duke's character into a passive ability attached to the class, that should make Duke more compatible with using normal soldier appearance.

Improved animation for summoning Holo Duke.

Added compatibility for Duke's Medkit with Quick Patch from Extended Perk Pack.

Removed unintented Utility Slot from the Plated Duke's Armor. Made sure Hey Beautiful doesn't stack.

Duke's Armor now provides a configurable bonus to armor. +1 Armor at Powered Tier for now. Also made it configurable whether the armor provides an inventory slot or not.
Added a configurable upgrade cost to Duke's Inventory engineering schematic.
