Fixed path compatibility issue for Windows 7.

Version 1.1.13:
- original game files will be restored if the manager is removed;
- fixed changing game files after updates;
- fixed the lack of starting the manager from the game in some cases;
- fixed reset of mod database in some cases;
- improved mod scanning algorithm.

Removed the console window that appears when starting the game.

Fixed a bug with a missing image for the album modlist filter.

Version 1.1.12:
- added display support fo album list filter;
- now, after Steam game files integrity check (and restores the original launcher), the manager will still start before the game;
- added option to add manager shortcut to desktop;
- added option to open the manager folder;
