Update 1.19
Changes to the Asylum, Prison, and Train Station areas of the map to make the map smaller and use less assets but not take away from the overall map. These changes will help stop most of the crashes.

These areas are still being heavily worked on.

Added Zipline's
Removed some buyable doors, and other assets to fix the (G_spawn "No free entities" ERROR)

Worked on the Town & Prison areas of the map.
