+ UAIR hit 2 now has angle flipper 10, making it link into hit 3 easier.
+ Volt (NSPECIAL with pod attached) is now much larger and fills in the whole animation.
+ Volt hitstun multiplier increased (0.7x --> 0.8x)
+ Blade (NSPECIAL with pod unattached) comes out 1 frame earlier and lasts 1 frame longer to better match the animation (6F startup, 10F active --> 5F startup, 11F active)

- 2B's speed when going from grounded to aerial without jumping has been reduced from 8 to 6 to better match her actual airspeed.
+ Air Accel increased. (0.2 --> 0.3)

- Dash Speed reduced. (6.5 --> 6)
- Waveland Speed reduced. (1.4 --> 1.3)
+ DATTACK multihit angles increased. (30 --> 361)
+ FTILT startup reduced. (8 --> 7)
+ FTILT has some slight horizontal boost.
+ UAIR startup reduced (9 --> 7)
+ UAIR active frames reduced (32 --> 27)
+ If DAIR is travelling and you are touching a placed pod, you can glide cancel it.
+ NAIR 1 angle increased (75 --> 80)
+ FSPECIAL now allows you to conserve speed on jump-cancelling while on the ground, similarly to how it acts while aerial.
+ FSPECIAL startup reduced. (12 --> 9)
+ FSPECIAL has some of it's endlag moved to it's active frames, to allow you to grab onto the pod to Rocket easier. (12 active, 14 endlag --> 18 active, 8 endlag)
+ Rocket cooldown removed.
+ DSPECIAL now has less gravity, allowing you do DSPECIAL > FSPECIAL (rocket) in the air.
+ DSPECIAL can now only stall once per airtime.
+ USPECIAL hit 1 early hit angle increased. (85 --> 90)
+ USPECIAL hit 1 early hit knockback increased (7 --> 11)
+ USPECIAL hit 1 early knockback scaling reduced. (0.5 --> 0.3)
+ USPECIAL hit 1 late hit angle increased. (90 --> 85)
+ USPECIAL hit 1 late hit knockback scaling reduced. (0.5 --> 0.4)
+ Volt (NSPECIAL with pod) has reduced hit lockout (14 --> 10)
+ The multihits before the finisher of JAB are no longer techable.
+ USTRONG grab time increased. (40F --> 50F)
+ FSTRONG 1 now forces flinch.

-- VISUALS --
+ 2B now has shading on her NAIR smears, which allow them to be seen in low-visibility stages.
+ 2B now has a victory portrait.

-- BUGFIX --
+ 2B's hurtbox now has the correct sprite during glide.

-- REMINDER --
Holding jump glides. You can cancel USPECIAL into a glide at it's peak. (If your pods not with you, you can DSPECIAL at any time. (including during USPECIAL) to call it to you)
You need to /hold/ the special button to use rocket (FSPECIAL into a pod).

+ Kamikazee taunt now stalls in the air, in addition to sliding slightly on use (FSPECIAL > kamikazee slides very far)

+ FAIR can now be comboed with the right stick
+ NSPECIAL can no longer be inputted if the pod is in cooldown, to help show when it's ready.
+ USPECIAL now properly can be airdodge cancelled after a walljump
+ Volt should no longer flicker to the wrong frame onstartup
- Pod hits get cancelled if the player is hit or parried
+ The portrait now has the correct mask colour in the darker shade
+ The swords no longer appear infront of 2B while she boops Pod during taunt
+ Self-destruct text is now in the middle of the indicator
