Balance changes and modifications to a few relics

axes now grant extra melee accuracy

Svalin axe grants extra potency

Morthagi axe grants extra block

Flare axe deals imense damage to all enemies in it's radius, but it has minimal range and no other bonuses

Sharktooth axe deals less damage but has extra shred and range

Other relics work like you would imagine

should no longer be any duplicate relics when crafting. If you come across any feel free to let me know
