Last version without any randoms.
Randoms cause issues in multiplayer if not handled right and lead to desyncs.
As such i tried delay adding randoms until i perfectly understand how to prevent desyncs in multiplayer.
This version is a fallback in case desync happen.

Disease added is bladder infection.
Birthday diseases are weak bladder, incontinence, bladder infection, bed wetting that can be gained depending on age.
