* fixed rare cases where the bots would suddenly stop moving whilst in rush mode
* fixed checkpoint reset issue within the interior kz section

- Four new game modes (KZ, Bhop, Trial and Speed).
- Ammo and armor options for bots.
- Headshot only mode.
- Pro player crosshairs.
- Custom knives.
- Re-worked range and rush modes.
- Fixed map bloat issue (reduced map size from 800mb to 300mb).
