- added mombasa's cable-stayed bridge "Kilindini bridge" to the mombasa skyline across the excession (portal at voi)

Added small scenery rocks.
Added a small scenery rock among the grassy planes, because: its a pretty rock.

removed:
- removed missile stand due to it being only a .scenery and NOT a .crate object
added:
- added "generator_flood" aka "floodlights" which hopefully work.
Issue:
pallet and floodlights seem to be duped but are actually 2 variants - technically not an issue.
