Various fixes and improvements

Improved CRAM targeting, now CRAM will less likely start firing prematurely

CRAM now can actually shoot down cruise missiles, antiradiation missiles and other missile based projectiles

added interception for shahed 136, 238 (from latest update for "Iron Dome (FIXED)")

reduced amount of funtions roughly in half by removing duplicate functions

changed plane used for fake target
