Fixed another ladder saving issue. This will probably break your current saved ladders, so delete your saved ladders from data/ladders

Ladders made by the tool now automatically add dismount locations. Fixed clmbing diagonal tool ladders being awkward.

THE CHANGE YOU ALL WANTED IS HERE. Ladders placed by the tool can now be persisted using the context menu's special option!
