- Decresed the performance of Steinmann's default parts to 2250 and max performance to 2310 to decrease the chance of part reset occuring at the end of 2016
- Fixed a problem where Steinmann had a contract with vanilla Max Velocity and Zygon

Mod updated to make it compatible with Patch 1.3 !

Also, since 1.3 changes the way default chassis are given (you cannot simple give a chassis an arbitrary number of stars anymore) I had to create parts suppliers to allow the Magic Cheaty Steinmann chassis to keep it's 5-star rating all across the board. Those parts suppliers should be available only to Steinmann (all other single seaters teams are locked out of it)

Initial Release

- Steinmann Motorsport [the team] has now two 5-star (20 in all stats) drivers, they also have 100% marketability, their peak age is 37 and their peak duration is 6 years, meaning they should keep their stats until they are 44

- They will be payed 1M per year until their contracts run out in 2044

- Both drivers have the following traits :
* Team Player (id:1)
* Narcissist (id:4)
* Content (id:7)
* Grounded (id:14)
* Hard Worker (id:16)
* Beautiful (id:20)
* Dedicated (id:26)
* Optimist (id:38)
* Chaser (id:47)
* Born Leader (id:49)
* First Lap Hero (id:51)
* Easy on Fuel (id:53)
* Racer (id:65)
* Timesheet Hero (id:66)
* Wet Weather Pro (id:73)
All these traits may not seem necessary but they are there to counter-effect temporary negative traits in case they show up

- The team has now a hopeless, useless reserve driver, he's just there because we need one. He also has horrible traits, good news is he only has a contract for the starting year. He is paid 10$ per race and you have to pay 40$ to fire him.

- Of course the team also has a pretty decent staff, a 5-star engineer and two 5-star mechanics, they are paid 100k per year until their contracts run out in 2076.

- The engineer's traits are :
* Lv1 : Build Time: +5 Days
Unlocks an Additional "Good" Component Slot (id:84)
* Lv2 : Build Time: +10 Days
Unlocks an Additional "Great" Component Slot (id:85)
* Lv3 : No Condition Loss
On: First Race (id:66)
* Lv4 : Adds a Random "Legendary" Component (id:41)
* Lv5 : Max Performance: Instant (id:42)

- Both mechanics have the following traits :
* Engine Expert (id:1)
* Super Overtake Mode (id:15)

- Steinmann's default drivers (Chapman, Holtz and Becker) and staff (Lock, Bacheler and Schaffer) are still in the game but are unemployed

- You keep the same chairman, the same scout and the same assistant, who cares about them anyway

- The team starts with all the buildings maxed out

- The team starts with a car which has 5 star in every characteristic (Tyre wear, tyre heating, fuel economy and improvability)

- The team starts with 2850 performance and 80% reliability parts, and they have the potential to go up to 3000

- The team have all its sponsor slots filled by 5 star sponsors, the sponsors have a 320-race long contract (15 seasons of 16 races) and fixed payment sponsors give 2 million per race. Bonus sponsors respectivly give 1 million, 2 million and 4 million.
