added bumpmaps to all textures

1. fixed smoothing groups (lightning and reflections are now more or less fine)
2. overhauled interior & exterior textures
3. steering wheel now rotates up to 55 left/right instead of 25
4. removed textures from other authors
5. animated speedometer and tachometer
6. increased suspension travel
