OK, you're right, that was not funny.
I'm not familiar with hex editors or map tools, and the way I use custom playermodels on my server is by simply editing the shared file in TTT's files with the models I want.

You can decompile the map using a tool such as bspsrc, find the "ttt_map_settings" entity and change the path to the player model (or just remove it, allowing for the usual, random selection of installed models). However, decompiling maps is a messy shit and might mess up the map.
You can edit the .bsp file with a hex editor such as XVI32, do a search for "arctic" and change the line "plymodel" "models/player/arctic.mdl" to whatever model you prefer or simply delete it - I don't know whether that will work, though.
If it's not urgent, gimme a few days and I'll fix it for you and add a second version of the map that doesn't dictate the player model.
