Well, it's entirely possible that this is done using technology similar to what Spy uses to disguise, and the whole bear thing fits heavy pretty well. And as far as I know, there aren't halloween restrictions for taunts.

in my opinion i dont know why the yeti transform taunt was made or at least had a halloween restriction (which never happens to anything anymore) it just why too out of place even more out of place than the banana hat.

I'm supporting this for three reasons:
1: We really need a TF2-style bear for SFM
2: These transforming taunts should give a new incentive to spycheck (if the discussions are anything to go by)

If it's possible, you should add the Heavy flip voiceline, "I am an animal" (Sound file can be found here: https://wiki.teamfortress.com/w/images/f/f1/Heavy_taunt_flip_end_02.wav?t=20140620204002) . I think it would add even more character to the taunt.
