I really liked this upgrade.

Hi! Not sure if the original creator is still around, but there's a bug in the audio. While the "night" version works perfectly, the "day" version doesn't start the ambient loop (or in fact any audio) unless you move around to a different audio zone (like threshold or outdoor). I looked at the soundscapes_summit_pavilion.txt and experimented a bit, but it seems the bug itself is elsewhere (possibly an event not being triggered correctly). It would be fabulous to get this fixed, but I couldn't do it myself.

Very nice. Is it possible to add a whiteboard or add pens and eraser so that we can write on the windows? As a teacher, I would like to be able to teach in this environment and host a room.

How can I open this environment in hammer? I want to study it to learn how to design my own environments. So far I've manged to open the vpk file for this environment but now I'm stuck. Here's my process so far: https://www.reddit.com/r/hammer/comments/d0fgzh/is_it_possible_to_modify_the_summit_pavilion/

Any idea why all of Pavilion remix env load with an error on my pc? it seems like some objects or textures are missing. It used to work and now it doesnt...

Fairly new to this stuff and love the Summit Pavilion, launch my desktop as a huge panel and watch Netflix for hours. But I have questions, could I take the Summit Pavilion and modify it myself, if so, what would be the basic steps? e.g. could I import into Unreal Engine?
If this was a game, I'd buy it. First steps would be to dim the lights and slide shut the glass doors as well as close the blinds. It would also be really good if the time of day could map to a local time and you could go for a wander outside the building. I'd really love to see this more developed.

Love this. Wish I could have fish in the water and swish my controllers in it.
When I throw leaves in the water it virtually explodes!(see what I did there) more like I'm dropping pebbles in, maybe a pile of pebbles to throw in would be good?

This is an amazing place to use as the VR hub, I filled my house with lots of trophies and screenshots :claugh:

@Light Sculptor: I've added an empty version here, with no furniture or interactive panels beyond the main SteamVR Home one. I've seen a couple of requests for a completely empty home map, and it was quick enough to put together:

Have fun decorating the place!

Really nice remix! However, making furniture items fixed and unchangeable ruins the ability to customize the space. Please allow us to move, delete, clone and change the color of items. Why are SteamVR furniture props fixed? I would like to decide where to place my trophy shelves, couches, etc. and I want to pick the color scheme. Why must I be stuck with a grey bed and couches? Also, please consider removing all together the lamp on the coffee table or allowing me to delete it. It is way too bright in every setting. Again, I would like the ability to decorate the space as I see fit, which would not include a coffee table with lamp in that spot. There is a lot of fixed furniture limiting the ability to customize. Please, let us delete the pieces so we can really create a unique custom space.

THIS BUILD!! is a must have!! this is how this destination should have been 1st made "so good"
upsides: with 3 times of day its supper handy and room to spares + all the little touches
downside: cant move some furniture and you cant place items in the water ( alwell )
like to see : a tropical or marine fish tank :3 ( as hard as it would be to add or look good )
or a garage with a sports car in it lol

This is pretty neat!
