Used to use this mod since 1.1. Much thanks for your service! But now on 1.6 it's just crushing worldgen. I don't know how, but disabling this mod solves all the problems. It doesn't make any sense, but it is whaat it is

would love a main menu button to continue last played save. mot sure if this should be part of rim saves or not but figured i would though it out there since this mod deals with saves and there locations

-Add new control allowing to select/unselect all listed saves
-Add a status bar to show the number of saves selected and size amount
-Add new setting letting player to set the maximum number of good/bad incident autosaves

A couple things.
1) Thank you so much for adding the checkboxes to delete multiple saves at a time. Can you add a drag select so that I can mass select?
2) The search is nice, but for some reason the scroll doesn't work correctly. I often have a large number of "BadEvent" saves thanks to the mod Auto Save On Event, but for some reason when I click the check box on all of them and then scroll, it won't show any more until I hit the bottom. Then when I delete all the ones I've seen, I'm still left with a bunch that never showed up.
3) Combining these two points, it would be nice if there was a "select all" checkbox that selects games that match the search bar. It would be great to be able to select all then unselect the top couple so I can clear out the old ones.

The latest update broke the UI Menu. Was not seeing any error from visual error mod. though that did not pop up as well. will check for error after I get home since I am now leaving for work

-Fix UI become unresponsive only when RimSaves is opened after clicking to the "Save" button when player is ingame and that the player does something other than just saving his save

Greetings!

When I try to delete a save folder in-game (using the "delete folder" option), the behavior is the same as in version 1.5, a confirmation box with "Yes" and "No" appears. However, after clicking either "Yes" or "No", nothing happens. The buttons are clickable, but they don’t trigger any action. I also can’t exit this screen or return to the game interface, although the game itself isn’t frozen, it's just paused.

Since I’m unable to go back to the main game interface, I have to use Task Manager to force close and reopen the game. There’s no error message; it simply becomes unresponsive when attempting to delete a save folder.

Please let me know if there is a way to fix this! Thank you!

@DanScallion: Prefixed saves with "Default" should now be visible (even if saves shouldn't have this prefix, it's a bug but i cannot reproduce it).

Had to powershell all files to rename them as there were too many to do it manually. Still annoying.

Perhaps the same happend to Inumuro?

Easy fix will be to just make it see saves with Default#§# prefix since it is weird it cant do that, and perhaps if save have prefix that dont exist/have folder, also show them in default?

To test just make some distinct save name add Default#§# at start and rim saves will not see it.

For some reason, only save with no prefix show in default folder, not the ones with default prefix. yet it added that prefix when making new folder with selected saves. It should have added prefix for new folder not the default.

Ok, bug report here, if you select multiple saves then add new folder it will remove all of the save from being seen by rim saves. They are gone from all folders but they are still in the save game folder with Default#§# at start. No idea why they are invisible.

Okay, so I have a question that might not relate to the mod at all but maybe you can help me or share information. So I accidentally deleted my locallow folder with the Rimworld Save data. I have the meta and image files but the save file (.rws) is completely gone and I cannot seem to recover it. Is there any way to use to the Meta dat file to recover the save?

I get that you're exasparated when you receive borderline-lobotimized questions like "is this save file manager save game compatible?", I certainly feel the same way when it comes to other topics, but for mere mortals who don't know what a pull request is, a save file manager's compatibility with existing save files is not obvious

I'm on the fence about this one. I'm getting the occasional bugs where UI stops accepting left clicks, save and reload fixes it but you can't save if you can't click on save button in the escape menu. So the hotkey quicksave/quickload functionality saves me having to replay large chucks of gameplay. But this mod is absolutely the cause of FPS death of my colony and ultimately I think it's costing me more time than it saves me. I can't fathom why that's the case.

I looked in the steam cloud and any of my saves since I downloaded this mod are not uploaded there, there isn't a default folder either

How about adding support for compressing saves with gzip like "Savegame Compressor [1.1 - 1.4]" or "RWS Compressor" ? Both sadly not updated to 1.5.

I'm using quicksave on negative identifier, but the Max numbers of quicksaves setting doesn't apply. Is there any way to fix it?

I have an issue where the UI will only show the first 16 saves. For example, if there are 1 to 10 manual saves and 6 autosaves, it will only show saves 1 to 9. Save 10 is still there, but I need to use the search bar to display it. I don't see any error or warning, by the way.
