This mod was updated for full release, and just updated again today July 9th, 2025. While the flag issue has been a hit or miss since it first came out the last iteration has proven to be far more reliable. It has never been an abandoned mod, and even worked fine with no save issues when saying "out of date".

Very cool mod however it is stated to be outdated when pulling up the game and the flag on the submarine either disappears altogether or will revert back to the base game flag as soon as you leave port. Everything else works perfectly. Would love to see this mod updated!

Can confirm the flags on not just the sub, but also at port, are buggy and disappear completely after a few days of restocking the sub at port. You can still see the flag pole deployed on the sub, just no flag flying.

This mod is great. The flag on the sub is a little bit buggy. It is there, and then its gone at times. But other then that, the mod is fantastic.

I have now folded/unfolded the flag many times and it works. Sometimes it reverts to default at port. This mod works and other textures seem to be working fine. 2025.1 p9

With them updating the game all time now.
updating the mod wont do any thing for it saying its updated.

UBoat flag changes back to default after most recent patch ) without changing the sub.
Everything else works as it did before.

flag works good.
never had to hand out
medals at port so cant say
if that working .
one thing i see is
my captains Skill is xp full
1600/1600.
Role: watch Officer.
when i open it to see the skill he has
remaining skill points :0
so i cant rank my Captain up
dont think it has any thing to do with this mod.
