I've tried downloading both the Asia version and regular version from the links and after I extract the files with WinRar and they are placed in the mod folder for CK2 nothing happens... is anyone else having this problem or am I just being a neanderthal and doing something wrong?

Suggestion: You could upload the current mod files in different parts, so to get the full mod you'd need to download "NEOW 1/2" and "NEOW 2/2"?

In my most recent transnistria save, I can only seem to reach 20 years into the game before crashing. It also lags a large amount before the crash itself. Is this a common bug with the mod?

I am also having problems with the game crashing after just a few years of ruling; every time I reload my Armenia save, the game crashes after a few months. Same with my Switerland game; I reload, game loads successfully, but crashes a few days into the gameplay.

@Nil No, I keep having problems loading saves; it keeps loading onto a map that is blank of any kingdoms, duchies etc. This mod was the only one I had that was turned on. I've tried to load two separate saves several times and the game either shows the screen I described or crashes to desktop.
