@DragonDai If we don't hear anything from Shootex, i'll look into making a 1.6 mod of this.
As far as i remember, it's just a basic patch mod.

If you are using Classic mortars, I think you need to change the patch to read:
<xpath>/Defs/ThingDef[defName="Artillery_Mortar"]/verbs/li/forcedMissRadiusClassicMortars</xpath>
<value>
<forcedMissRadiusClassicMortars>8</forcedMissRadiusClassicMortars>
Took me awhile to figure this out, so I thought I'd post for others. Maybe @Shootex could take a look and confirm?
Is it compatible with Combat Extended?
I mean, it affects the mortars THEMSELVES or it wont work with CE because it changes their behavior (they need a coordinator now)?
I think Combat Extended alters Mortars behaviour, so load before CE, just to be safe ^_^
