Also, I'm not sure how to change the brightness. There are 3 values. First two are hue and saturation, and those don't affect the brightness of the colour. The third value I don't know but it's always set to 0. Maybe that changes brightness but I never tested it.
I'd love if Nod had a darker grey color than their whitish one in game.
So not 100% black.
Also, could we get these two colors in skirmish?
If not, NP, thought I would ask.

You can use a program called "OS Big Editor." Should be easy to find with a quick google.
There are Hue and Saturation values controlling the colour change on units and buildings. And then there are RGB values definding the colour of the faction on the minimap.
