I found that it was the front and back Thrusters M on the inside of the "Legs" facing each other... even though it wasn't right in front of the Thruster, it was still blocking them. Once I moved the thrusters to the side with no obstructions along the path of the ship, I had no problems. I think that its a bug in the game, not with the ship design.

Anyone else having trouble of spawning the ship and having some of the thrusters say they are blocked? I have tried removing them and then replacing... removing the blocks around them. They don't look blocked.
This is on a ship that I removed all but four of the constructors, then saved as a personal blueprint to respawn... is this a bug ?
