Hi, I don't seem to have this issue, if your only seeing this with this wallpaper, this could mean that something might have gone wrong with the install when you subscribed to it, could you try the following:
-Unsubscribe from the wallpaper
-Close wallpaper engine (otherwise Steam won't uninstall it for you, give it half a minute or so)
-Open wallpaper engine and subscribe again

Thanks! No worries, hopped in and kicked in an update for you. Audio visualizer is now available for you to activate through the customizations, turn the slider to max to turn it on. I kept it off as it was not initially released with it, as a lot of people don't like it and would be weird if it randomly appeared,haha. @Creepurr
