Is it possible to hide the beard or cover it up with a bandana?
The beard looks awkward in the design (Main reason would be the base model I guess)
Also, Get someone to make you a loading screen that highlights the gun, mask and shoulder part (I guess sniper hiding in the bushes or something), The set looks good when you have it in game due to the fact that the camera view shows a top view of the set.

The entire set is modern military themed, which is completely outside of Dota 2's fantasy setting. Beyond "redo the entire set in a fantasy theme", there's not a lot of constructive criticism to give I'm afraid.
