I fixed this weapon through my "tweaks and fixes" mod if you're interested:

Just use that mod alongside and this weapon should work again.

Looks like this is broken again :( It is causing those hit to shoot uncontrollably but only for a short time and then they do not die.

If a Player was hit and a new round started, then he died (after the 20 seconds)

Lol its great for trolling (tell your friend/ target to look behind him because of a death then shoot him in the leg and run for cover, then say they shot at you)

Calling it ttt_ makes it sound like a map. You might want to change the workshop name. Either way nice mod
