Even though it is well modeled, sometimes less is more. I would say that this cosmetic changes too much of demo's original model.

bandages look out of place, maybe make them more like Scout's, also, it would be better if it weren't paintable

The right hand bandage is oddly textured with huge dark lines, and the back logo is a bit out of place. But I can see this could be a Halloween theme.
