Inside the game press Home to bring cheat menu -> Get all weapons" Where is the "cheat menu"? This does not show up as an option.
1) Quick and dirty one
Inside the game press Home to bring cheat menu -> Get all weapons
2) Install SWPT Save Editor (https://github.com/CrystalFerrai/SwptEditor) and edit your save file. Basically you replace the name of one of your items with the name of an item from my mod.
The good news is that this way you can avoid catching elemental effects which can look strange or broken on the items.
WARNING: Don't forget to back up your save file because you may break it!
3) Play and pray that you see the item in the shop or in the battle loot. Which is not very likely because I set the mod items to low drop chance to avoid spamming them.
