Correct. I didn't notice that Steel also added the option to disable this through the settings. I'm just leaving this here for people who want to play with blood and or paint blobs without impact effects... for some reason.

I literally made this mutator before the update released and published it as soon as the new beta dropped. I did not bother checking at all.

Nah Shmel, you're a monkey. That turns EVERYTHING off. Some people want the decals still without the blue hit effect.

Does this work with blood and gore mods? sometimes you still get the small paint orbs even when running them so I pray it does
