How the hell did you mod siptah????

Hi ! nice mod !

I think it miss a obelisk on the npc island at north and maybe an other one in south-est. This both side aren't covered.

You don't, like I mentioned below. This mod doesn't do anything like that, it simply adds a maproom fast travel system to the Isle of Siptah map in case you're actually playing on that map (since it doesn't have one by default like Exiled Lands)

The.. what?... I'm not sure if I'm misunderstanding the question, but no lol, it's not possible in Conan Exiles to go from one map to another within the game. The game can only load up one map at a time and normally you would have to create a new character and new game if you want to play on a different map.
There is a server transfer mod that can be used to set up clusters of servers, but all that does is externally copy your character data from one server to another - so even then maps are not a physical extension of one-another since the game can't support a map much larger than the default size.

Ig you need to use the classic maproom to get back to the base map ?
