Oh that makes sense and I like that, there is a map that does a similar concept in terms of story.
I think its called Der Bunker if I remember correctly and is literally meant to be a neighboring bunker to Nacht Die Maschine.
However Der Bunker doesnt have a Nacht in it but more or less a structure that looks somewhat similar.

I do like how you included the lore of Der Riese to Kino in some way, small details like that are cool. ^u^

Ooooooh, I cannot wait for Open Verruckt.
I know you had said you are still learning radiant and what not but if you do know how to it would be pretty interesting if you do something with the turret that is underneath the Verruckt fountain.
Looks like a turret trap but if I am correct Treyarch never used it, not in WaW and not even in ZC. qnq

@EddieBaledy my next map im working on is how i tackled this map, its Verruckt but you can play outside. just a hint at what im working on next. I have a survival map of Airfield basically completely done where its essentially Nacht, you spawn inside and cant leave. theres two major bugs with spawning that i cannot seem to fix so depending on if I can fix it or not i may release that just as a funsies thing. again, im glad you enjoyed the map, and if you have any further questions add me and ill just DM you

@EddieBaledy As far as the red barrels. I realllly really wanted to but im still learning a LOT about radiant and making maps. I'd love to collab with other creators so that I can learn and also get more help, but I have a full time job so doing that and making maps means my process is very slow. As far as the easter egg, yes you did complete it the reward is the buyable ending, the arrow is meant to point you in the direction of the book giving a signal of "its in this general direction" without yelling HEY HERE IT IS! as far as the tranzit, ive canned the idea, i still have the map but it is not like tranzit at all, its more so inline with this map in the fact that they look somewhat similar but do not play the same and the same layout or buildings arent used.

@EddieBaledy first, i'm very glad you enjoyed the map! This map wasn't completely intended to be a 1:1 just a mash up of things I loved in early and modern COD zombies. Set in an alternate universe (i havent gone to much into the lore of the map since storytelling is not my forte) I absolutely LOVE nacht der untoten especially the WaW version and the vibe i get from it is like no other. The map is meant to be partially a completely different airfield base ALSO located in Morasko Poland where Nacht was originally set, kinda like when neighborhoods have similar looking houses but not copy and pastes, where group 935 used it as a way to research 115 and search for more. I wanted this to be between their fight at Der Riese and Kino (hence why when you teleport you teleport BACK to Der Riese, teleporter goof) and as if they had to go to a Nacht like facility to continue their journey.

I noticed someone had suggested Tranzit before the Bombs Fell which sounds like a great map; this though got me thinking about the point of interest within Tranzit's Cornfields, the Prototype a.k.a. Tranzit Nacht.

The idea is pretty simple and is based around two versions of the Prototype, the one we see in Tranzit and a version before the bombs fell.
The player will spawn outside of the prototype and will have to buy their way through to expand the map, and behind the original breakable wall barrier instead of this being a barrier this will now be a door the player can buy making their way into a bunker.
The way they get to the version before the bombs fell, they will need to use the teleporter (the one specifically from der riese/ kino and they will travel through time to the pre-tranzit version.

The teleporter time travel idea is based off the line in the Kino loading screen where Richthofen states that the teleporters are capable of time travel. ^u^

Now I have a question, I am unsure if I already did the ee or not but from what I could see from a video I may have.
I have unlocked the buyable ending, is that the reward for completing the ee?
If so or not then is there any intention for the arrow next to the teleporter in The Giant/ Der Riese?
I thought it was apart of something but I have no frickin clue anymore. XDD
I thought maybe you throw the monkey bomb and it looked like it did something but I just dont know.

I just played this map and got to my standard go to round which is 30.
I want to say I absolutely love this map and have been hoping for a map like this for a long time..
There is a map like this on the workshop that is meant to be a 1:1 recreation of Die Maschine but it hasnt had much progress.
Alas whether that 1:1 gets finished, this is definitely still worth playing since it combines the vibes of ZC Nacht with CW Die Maschine which I honestly love.
Also btw is this meant to be based on CW Nacht set years prior because I noticed at the start of the map it said Morasko Poland if I remember correctly.

Also if you are open to suggestions one thing that would be kinda cool in addition for this map would be to place red explosive barrels as a nod to both the original and zc Nacht which could also be great for environment kills and perhaps you do something like a small easter egg attached to them if you wanted.
Not necessary, just something I noticed wasnt in the map. ^u^

Only critique I have (at least from my play) is there's no PHD Flopper, kind of a huge con when I papped the m1911 and basically having it be useless in close quarters. 'Sides that pretty fun map :devilskiss:

The bug with the window should be fixed! I went in and double checked to test it and zombies didn't get stuck. If it persists for some reason i'll look back into it

Pretty good map. I liked it a lot i mean good graphichs and overall well done, but at the same time felt kinda boring no offense. You can just camp at the buyable ending with a papped gun and get those headshots for easy money. But overall 8/10, try it :steamthumbsup: . Also found out the same bug with the window before power room, tried to wait it out, but zombies just kept running there.

HA! I found it. Go to the second floor of the building and it is on the side near the map ending in an oil puddle. It blends in well!
Where on earth is the last shield part? I can't find it haha.

Zyhramov, the room with the 115 canisters? if so zombies should be coming out the window i've seen it happen. i'll check it out, it could be that theres too many zombies spawning at the window so they have to wait one at a time for them to come through. i'll check it out

hfactor66 yeah that was intentional, its meant to be more congested and not the easiest thing to navigate to contrast the larger open areas, there are some hints to where the books are and a few buttons to press around the map thatll give you access to the last one (i'm assuming thats the one you missed at least)

The underground section felt pretty congested, as did some of the building interior, but still had a great time with this map! Kind of like a miniature version of Die Maschine. Couldn't find the last book thingy or whatever was needed to open the buyable ending, so I just played until round 50 and called it a day. Overall, pretty fun map!

You did great with the map, ill be looking foward to your next maps. An undreground area more flashed out could be a great way to introduce buildable WW, if that is something you like, or maybe quest oriented ones, like the bows in DE.

But keep making them, this is a great start, man.

pt.2 i put together things very stupidly in that i almost never used prefabs (huge mistake) so fixing entire rooms or deleting them and starting over would take a long time. more wonderweapons was an idea as well, and i look back now thinking i should’ve definitely done it i only didn’t vc when initially adding the cold war weapons i couldnt get the wonder weapons i wanted to work properly (cuz i had no idea how it works and its crazy cuz now it seems so simple) im not sure if ill just do an overhaul of this map or do a re-do in the future

GoldMach, definitely i had wanted to expand the underground area some more and in fact it’s actually a lot bigger than it was initially. my main issue with it was that i basically went into the map blind. i didn’t know how anything worked and didn’t really have a plan, i blocked out the main layout of the building and that was it from there. now that i have a much better understanding of how everything works i may one day do a full rework of the map. pt.1

Great map! It reminds of DIE MACHINE, its quite fun and has a nice atmosphere to it, specially the underground section of the map.

If you are up to any sugestions, maybe expand the underground section, it is really cool. Plus, could you put more wonderweapons, such as the Ray Gun Mk II?
