@Khalunka I'd say actual minute to minute gameplay is pretty much same, but yes the cafeterias being a thing does add a nice extra thing to do for crews in stations, especially the case for multiplayer crews with wages. And also hunting bigger creatures activates neurons for the juicy meat they drop, making them a lot more appealing to go out and loot.

@Protogens 101 Don't really see the point of spending a good portion of time patching for Hungry Europans when the two mods conflict design wise.
Both are different takes on food systems, so one would have to give way for the other in order to mix both together in a meaningful way.

I am really looking foward to try this mod. I always thought about those food places being empty was really sad. This idea is amazing. I am just waiting to finish my first vanilla solo campaign and will really try this mod. Man, this game could've been a lot more interesting, some mods have great ideas. This is really one of the best so far in my recent searching for mods.

I cant remember if DE by itself overrides cafes. If it doesn't it wont matter, but if you want to be safe put this is above in case it does.

Yes, though you may have less cafeterias spawning naturally, so expect food stalls in airlocks instead.

A bit of a side effect of it decreasing per round. It is normal yeah, though a bit un-intuitive.

Hello, my friend and I are doing a new campaign with this mod, and I noticed that any meat we harvest from creatures start at 80% instead of full durability. Is this intended?

Ah I see what you mean, yeah its not really intended but if you can get either of those items on your submarine, it's doable.
The food stall could be spawned via console and should stay on your submarine between loading screens.
If its multiplayer, restarting game will reset the achievement disabling so you don't need to worry about that.

I'know it, what i mean is if we can craft meal in the submarine, then we can craft meal while driving, then we can dock and get buff for station fight

It's possible but unless left as jank it would require rewriting the mod's next round logic, it's also not really part of the design goal to let people buff whenever.
If you spawn the food stall in your submarine or put a cafeteria in a submarine and set to interactable via sub editor it should work, but you'll notice when you eat you still have to wait for next round to have the buff actually apply which is what I mean by it would be jank.

They are mostly compatible, but the main thing about this mod is the different take to food and buffs system which would be extremely wierd mixed alongside Hungry Europan's system.

Correct yeah, I did consider letting them be sold/used as pet food, but decided to make them kind of their own little thing that doesn't interfere with the rest of the game.

Is it cooked meals or raw meat?
I worded it terribly in the description calling it food.
Raw meat lasts a few rounds.
Meals must be ate before leaving the station.

Apparently, there is a bug where my food just dissapears from any storage i contain it. This happens every time once i load into a new mission, and my food is not expired and has full durability.

Update is live, if your station doesn't have a cafeteria, a "Food Stall" will now spawn inside the station airlock.
New food types too and a few smaller changes you can find in the patch notes.
I didn't come across anything broken from my testing, but let me know if there is borked stuff.

I suppose it might be something with how Dynamic Europa further specializes stations.
From top of my head the high commoness cafe modules I added where:
3 variants of crew quarters.
2 variants of engineering bay.

Though at work rn so cant check for sure.

But if a station in DE doesnt generate either of those, it would mean its relying on their own hand placed cafes or other existing ones from vanilla modules. (Like nightclub, spa and cities have some)

You got any other mods that modify stations? This mod heavily increases commonness of module edits with cafeterias in. But if another mod does the same or limits module generation it means only cafeterias they may or may not of placed will be there.

Yeah sometimes RNG is just mean, sitting on a nice stock of meat only to have the one nearby station not have a cafeteria.
