The key to the updated basement can only be obtained by climbing onto a small cabinet, and cannot be obtained by standing next to the cabinet. I remember standing next to the cabinet and getting it before.

I really liked this when I tried it last night. I must have missed something though. I couldn't get the gate to the church open. Maybe I will get it this time.

An amazing experience.
One piece of critique, don't place runners on the saloon second floor.
Last area i needed to check, open the door.
3 spitters, 2 normal and 2 runners.
I died in 5 seconds and lost all progress.

The addition of the daylight toggle was excellent. The dark atmosphere was great, but it was a bit hard to find stuffs sometimes. Gameplay wise, its really well balanced, as long as you know where the stuffs are, what are the scripted spawns that triggers and where, its really enjoyable, even on the highest difficulty. No random "haha screw you, you lose" mechanic that happens like some other custom campaigns, just collect everything, go to the objective, clear whatever in the way, fair and square.

This should be the benchmark for other modders on how to make a objective-based custom challenges. Really well done.
i dislike this map. the keys have no tracker, you can stuck behind the piano on the 2nd floor of the 1st south building next to the car. just not fun in my eyes. 3//10

Nice map. Just some minor issues. The doors are too rigid, make ehm lighter or easier to open. Stairs don't seem to be registered as stairs the same way they are in vanilla. There is no stair walking animation when using the stairs and it looks a bit weird when walking up and down them.

Cool629 i would like to make a mansion map similar to RE1, but i dont have an asset pack with mansion exterior, the one i have its just interior and its not the idea i have in mind.

Using the map, its the building that is directly east. In front of it is a porch. I tried to climb from the north side and got stuck trying to climb into the platform on the porch.

Ambient music is also really nice and adds to the atmosphere and tension.

TKA devs could learn a thing or two from your map. At the very least for the main campaign levels. Time trial, survival maps and tower defense shenanigans are entertaining and all (for side content), but something like this is way more compelling.

Man, kudos to the map's devs. I am truly impressed with what you did. You might seriously have a better grasp on tension and survival horror than TKA devs as of late, who like to shower the more recent maps with unending enemy spawns.

Crafting more memorable rooms with stuff like ambushes or enemies in interesting positions or spawns based on triggers truly makes for a much better experience than the random zombie spawns.

Seriously good map. Probably the best one so far on the workshop

generally not hard, they're still plenty of ammo left when i completed the game, do save some ammo for stronger weapon there is a witch in the end

I just played the map, and had fun with it. No random zombie spawns right behind you every 5 seconds, I love it. Limited ammo for a challenge, though some of the problems are the doors. Very slow to open, and require a lot of force to open. Other than that thank you for making a very fun map to play. Can't wait to see what you come up with next. Will be posting this on my YT for sure ^^

Atomic its 4 keys and the other two items

If steam download the lastest version, the loading screen should say 4 keys, earlier versions said 3 keys and that was a typo

The description here still says 3 keys so thanks for letting me know, i updated that

I'm confused. We need 3 keys, a gas can and matches. Once we have all 6 items the bell will ring? I'm bot sure if that's an overlooked typo, but that's only 5 items.

I'm currently running around the entire map looking for a sixth because the door won't open.
It's a great map, but I'm just having a hard time figuring out where the 6th items is.

The saloon doors are very hard to open compared to the other doors. Otherwise I really like the map.

The mod creator responds quickly to feedback,, and the addition of the daytime version was a great update.
Being able to freely switch between day and night is very practical from a gameplay perspective.
The level design is excellent — searching for actual keys to unlock gates is fun, not too hard, and never boring.
The playtime is just right — not too short, not too dragged out — making it perfect for a casual experience.
The map design clearly shows the creator’s experience, and I really hope they continue making more mods.

I played the map yesterday on night time only (37 Minutes it took) here is some feedback:

I think the houses need to be more specious because i couldn't see enough with the flashlight only lighting up a tiny space in front (because geometry is always this close given building are crammed)
Maybe you can select all and upscale assets? i wouldn't know.
For visibility, definitely place light sources diagonal as to illuminate a larger area indoors.

Ammo Crates like the Devs place in their maps would be much more preferred with the amount they give. Less clicking and more benefit for each click~

There is no Clothing pick ups, Do you not have access to them? :o

The movement and cycling through the map worked well for me.
i hit max Monitor frames most of the time (165).

"Black Mesa Xen" stage has alot of colour skyboxes as a reference. You can create non earth like stages that way.
