Doesn't seem to work. I tried re-loading assets and also did the following in order:

- Unsubscribed
- Deleted Mod Directory
- Resubscribed
- Re-load assets

doggy if the population is higher then your tactics would work better since if they "only rushing" and are as stupid as you claim them to be unable to understand the need of economy then they would not have the funds to rush on a grand scale where as you understanding that would just sweep them nice and clean, but i think you can't handle rushing tactics of which are VARY good in this game because if the cap is so low you can make an economic powerhouse then build army after army knowing they will all die just to send the next one faster then you can say nerf please, lower caps are fine but don't tell me it removes rushing tactics when you can't make a large army slowly and thus can attack you enemy faster as a side effect of low army cap.
