I've tried to build something similar to this in my city and every time I go to add another path off the walkway it will will delete the connected section.

This is exactly the same as my other roundabout -> http://steamproxy-script.pipiskins.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=418334108 , but with upper walkways. These walkways make it even more effective, but they need slightly more space.
