For those this doesn't seem to work for: manually replace the aria sprites in the data/entities/ folder with the ones provided in the mod in the downloaded mods folder, and the sprites will indeed show up

I sunscribed to this modification, but it doesn't seem to change the sprite. I do not have the Amplified DLC.

Is awesome, really can't see Aria without this mod, about the DLC matters, is just a small update with the body image and head image, and is done, I'm still playing Authentic Aria on Amplified, it doesn't make it easier, but it makes easier to my Paranoia with Aria wrong sprite in game

I did a bit of research and it appears that in the DLC, (1) the dimensions of the character graphic files have changed, and (2) there's a new "electrified" state that can affect all characters, resulting in all custom character mods needing to be redone. This is great! The original sprite drove me nuts but this looks really legit. To be honest, I think Aria's current sprite is a leftover from early development where she was supposed to be young like Cadence or Melody. This suits her current design much better.

@d2r Nope! That is only limited to mods which modify the 'necrodancer.xml' file. You'd see an according warning when you toggle on such a mod.

I've picked up leather armor as Aria before.
I had the Janitor clean out all armors except Glass armor, and it might have been given under special circumstance, so this might have been why I got the leather armor. (Can always transmogrify it into Glass, you know!)
