Copying your unit variants color table, renaming it, and changing the faction line to wh_main_vmp_schwartzhafen fixed it.
Combined with something like State troops of the Empire it's amazing.

Hey lads, so as you figured even if a mod of mine 'claims' its out of date it shouldnt crash, In the future just enable "load out of date mods" and since mine only swaps textures around and ca didn't delete the items I was referencing all should be well hah
@tragopan: I thought about it tragopan, and I really wanted some of the zombies to have helmets similiar to my bretonnian zombies but unfortunately ALL empire models except generals have helmets which are modelled WITH the head inside. so I could say give a cool hat to the zombies but the living face that comes with it would be silly
