Love it;)
I could remove the ice effect under the Frost giant but it doesn't feel like an ice giant anymore, I'll see if there is a better way to fix it.
The pants on the Fire Giant seem to be a matter of taste, but I really like the added detail on the standard texture (face, chest). Any chance you can bring that to the upgraded texture as well? Possibly working from inverted colours, i.e. light on dark rather than dark on light? I know it has a smiley face but the standard texture is more convincing :)
Mountain Giant: It's not a big deal to change the models, you don't even need to import/export in Max. Just open in AMP, tick the box, and save. I think that should do it. Maybe try the player colour skirt first before you change the beard - the beard/hair is kind of his signature feature :)
Mountain Giant: Maybe if I make the beard darker? I plan to change the skirt, but I can't make it player color, I would need to modify the models to add the pixelform flag.
Frost Giant: Thank you. I think I might have an idea to replace the footprints.
Fire Giant: Love both textures and especially the new face - awesome work! However, those pants look completely out of place imo and I think he might look better without :D Plus he's a fiery demon so he doesn't really need pants :D
Mountain Giant: Good job but it seems like some of the colours/tones don't really go together that well - maybe if you changed his kilt to player colour or the green/greyish that he was wearing before. That might take out some of the contrast. The white kinda jars with all the grey/orange/brown imo.
Frost Giant: Spot on, love it :) You might want to remove those buggy footsteps (transparency bug in EE), like I did in my fix pack. Your call obviously.
Frost Giant: Maybe if you just give him his frosty beard back that would do the trick? I feel like it just feels too different in bald anyway
The mountain giant's clothes are not affected by the rocky texture, you can see the boots and skirt, I did make them topless though. I agree about the hair, that's why I gave frost giants a bald head, but mountain giants have their head attached to their body.
Hmm... I'll see if I can make the rocky frost giant look more icy.
Fire Giant: I wouldn't change the regular texture, and for the upgrade I'd use the "hardened magma" look of the Hades3 terrain texture, for example. I think that might look really cool.
Mountain Giant: I like the granite texture but I feel strongly like it should only be on his skin, not his clothes and hair! That would preserve more of the original look&feel, too.
Frost Giant: Not sure about this one, to be honst.. It just looks totally different from the regular one, and not really icy any more. It's a tough one though.
Don't rush things - what makes your work special is not that one day you might have a complete set of upgrades (we already have that) but the fact that it fits in so well with the original art style :)
I admire your creativity. Thank your very mutch.
