Description
I absolutely hate the overblown weapon sway in this game, and going prone to fight is impossible because grass is a thing. So i present this.
This is a fix for the absolutely ridiculous weapon sway.

Good things this does:
- Reduces horizontal weapon sway substantially and reduces vertical sway by a bit
- Changes weapon resting points to your knees as opposed to your elbows (allowing you to rest your weapon by crouching)
- Sway returns to normal size and speed in a very short amount of time
- Weapon resting reduces sway by just a bit more than before

Balancing things this does:
- Recoil is much higher
- Sway speed is much higher when youre exhausted (making it really hard to hit stuff, but its really hard to get yourself to this point, also it can be fixed by crouching

It would be really cool to make recoil higher when you're fatigued, but I don't see any way to link them. Ditto with reducing stamina when holding breath.

Works with ACE but is weird. Breath hold is very weak, delayed, and has little to no fatigue penalty. Switching to and from the secondary optic is now painfully slow, which is particularly bad switching from tactical position ready high, low, etc. Recoil is WAY too high now, though normal Recoil Coefficient mod in contrast could be a little weaker for weak guns and a little larger for large guns. I have to turn this down to like 0.5 recoil, which makes me think this is 4-5X more recoil than normal... definitely overkill. A good thing about this is how crouching is now more useful, and maybe also how sway speed is increased when you're exhausted while being lower in magnitude.

Love this mod, but when firing in full auto while crouched the ADS stops working. Do you plan on fixing this in a future update?

Agreed, weapon sway is unrealistically exaggerated in the base game, pain, panic and exhaustion induces shaking, not vertical bobbing up and down unless the individual has some kind of medical condition that renders them 4F (Unfit for service)
