Descriere
25-level boardset originally for the old DX-Ball 2 version 1.2, created with the fan-made board editor DXBoard before the 20th Anniersary Edition was even a thing.
This release, besides the original set ported into the 20th Anniversary Edition, also features a widescreen remaster, taking advantage of the new 20AE board format.
Have fun!

Thanks! I'm pleasantly surprised you noticed this quickly - honestly I was expecting the update to go unnoticed lol
Funnily, the name of the set has nothing to do with programming - back when I first created it in 2017 or so, I named it "Return" because it was my return to making DXB2 sets after a long break from doing so. The idea to stylize the thumbnail after the return statement in programming just randomly occurred to me while thinking about which font to use for the thumbnail. I was already a few years into learning programming by the point I originally created this set, but the association between its name and programming never occurred to me till now.

The new thumbnail's good. The name of the set being mentioned reminds me of someone who ended up deciding to add some programming humor.

For the DX-Ball 2 (20th Anniversary Edition) editor, of course if you don't know already, access your library and right click on the game and you should see "Launch Game Editor" in the dropbox, open that.
Since you need to access the game's files to change the Background, you need to go to the following path (Anything in italics is dependent on your directories):

Disk Drive /Program Files (x86)/Steam/steamapps/common/DX-Ball 2 - 20th Anniversary Edition/Boards/ Board Pack
When you find the .img file, just delete it. Keep in mind that your board-set will try to look for the background files but since it won't find it, you can change it to the official one.

Don't worry, I'll be making tutorials on this hopefully soon.

Actually, I will need help with this. Not with updating the background file, but rather with updating the Workshop upload - this is the first thing I've ever uploaded to the Steam Workshop, so I'm still finding my way around, and updating already-uploaded things is something I'm not familliar with. Any help?

Will do.

Do you mind if you could update this workshop item? Reason I ask is because since the lastest version of the game came out, the file BackgroundWendy2.img was added into the game.

Since you still have your variant of the exact background "ripped form the old version" being used, it actually denies the use of the one that Rob revamped because Workshop .img files when named correctly replace the original image.

If you need to talk to me about this privately, let me know.

I tried making a meme reference. Also, I still remember the cheats that were imported from the older DX-Ball 2 versions. Ain't revealing them.

Well, that's what you get by trying to cheat with the board editor!
