This was apparently a vanilla issue, and has been fixed with the latest game update that was just released. From the official changelog:
"Fix: Ancient (mechanitor) complex can fail to generate on a map where it should be able to fit"
According to your log, none of the maps you generated had any landforms from this mod on them. It seems very unlikely the problem was caused by this mod, when nothing from this mod generated on the map. But if you give me the world seed + tile coordinates where it happened, i will try to replicate it.

Forgive me if this has nothing to do with your mod, but its the closest correlation I could think of.
14 out of the 43 landforms from this mod have equivalents in the Odyssey DLC, and the DLC has none of the customization features from this mod. You can decide for yourself if that makes it a "dead mod".
Sounds like your settings are messed up in some way, you can try the "Reset everything to default" button in the mod settings window, and see if that helps.
Is there something borked in the settings? I think I didn't do anything that should remove rivers altogether, but right now water, other than coasts or small lakes, is very hard to find.
